First Contest in Ft Myers, FL Oct 30th 2010 Tire Flip, 750 lbs 50 ft Farmers Hold 270lbs for time Axle Press 240 lbs for reps Trap bar DL 500 lbs for reps 280 stone for reps

Day One Grip Strength Very Light Back Squats, Hack Squats, Overhead Squats Legs and Back Still alittle tierd from Big Tonys Endurance Car Deadlift (26 reps) and 80 ft tire flip (in place of stones for reps 300lbs, 550 tire) and Clean and press each rep 225lbs axle.

Day 2- Light Event Training Trap bar DL- 145*10, 235*5, 325*5, 415*5, 505*8 (30 seconds) Stones- 230*10, 230*10 (no set down)

AWesome to see you're starting a log. And, I don't wish 26 reps on a car deadlift to anyone's back haha! Man I bet your upper back is knotted up like crazy huh? That's some solid stone training too.

I am about 225 lbs.... Day 3 Standing Over head Press (Basically a strict press due to lack of form) 135*5,135*5, 185*5, 225*5, 245*4 Shoulder Abduction/ Extension back to back- 25*8, 30*8, 35*8 10 inch Log Press- 120*10, 170*5, 200*4 Trying to work on form but it is taking an Extreamly long time.

Light cardio, abs, forearms....basically a rest day.

You should post some of your overhead pressing on here (make a youtube video). I'd love to critique it if you'd like... IT looks like you have a strong foundation to build on.

Tuesday= Rest day
Today light Squats, Dl
Back Squat- 145*10*2, 235*10*3 Overhead Squat- 45*12*3 (Just trying to get used to that motion) Front Squat- 145*12*3 Sumo Dl 135*10*2
Thinkin about going crazy on events this weekend so want to be fresh for some tire flippin, yoke, farmers and stone for reps with 285....
