Just cleans. I am not bolding PR's. I am bolding the main work set. If it is a PR I will put (PR) I am not and will not max out for quite a while. Yes, it is work for me to FS that much. Thanks for the compliment- I am just focusing on technique right now. Yes. I am. I watch his interview 13x/day.

Remember: I have not really squatted since August. That is about 6 months and a ton of weight lost with zero HEAVY squatting. No heavy back squats and no heavy front squats. I was focusing purely on conditioning, not my squat #'s. So a 135 FS is definitely work for me as would a 160 back. I'm not squatting until it is an absolute grinder. My focus on the squat is speed, not weight. Once my speed is sufficient I will increase the weights. Until then, I will stay at lower #'s.

None of my training has been maximal. Wednesday was an even lighter day so yes- on tuesday and thursday I power snatched more than I snatched on wednesday because it was a lighter day than tues/thurs.
That was confusing. I can snatch more than I can power snatch I guess is the moral of the story. That has not always been the case

My training is based on these guidelines:
1. There are no guidelines 2. I lift purely based on how I feel 3. I have no plan set out as far as what lifts to do each day 4. I am serious... those are the guidelines.

Yessir- pry 90.5kg after my workout today. Thanks- snatches felt slow today but my power cleans felt really easy.
