haha admit it mathison. I think I may be able to hit it in about a year.. with my lower BW I'm just not confident I'll be close to that mark for a while.

i think at 207 you will hit it no problem. Admit it Jared, you will be 94kg. dont fight it. I know you look better in your Ed Hardy shirts at 85kg but as a lifter you perform better at 94

haha king I'm a do my best to be 85kg, that's no lie. It'll take a lot of discipline but I think that will be the best weight for me.. maybe eventually move up to 94kg, but, I at least want to give 85kg a shot.
I know I'll hit 600lbs again, just a matter of how soon- and whether I am 85 or 94 will determine that in the short run here ha.

Carrying over from the discussion on Lee's journal:
My front squat has very little carry over to my deadlift. What does help are things like Good Mornings, deficit deads and reverse hypers. The only way I get better at deadlifting is to do more deadlifting.

We must have a very different style of pull. Because I am the opposite.. the front squat has a ton of carry over to my DL. Do you pull more straight legged?

No. I squat down very far and then start my pull.

Would you say that you do that to really incorporate your quads more into the initial pull?

I think I do that to get more drive out of the gate. More momentum

Say Brendan I know this is off topic, but are you doing Oly lifting, and if so what weight class. Just plain curious...

yeah, I'm doing oly lifting. I just started doing it within the last month or so. I'm in the 94 kg class. usually sit at about 96-98kg though. Made it to collegiate nats though Just lucky Jared didn't go or he'd be kickiing my butt! He will be kicking butt pretty soon though hopefully.
