Yep, I take it to help sleep. I also do believe it helps with my recovery as well. Whenever I am off it I sleep worse and don;t recover as well. I am hooked on it for sure.

Jared really likes his No-Shotgun, too bad I don't like caffeine. I think CytoSport makes a similar product and calls it FastTwitch. Luckily they make a no-caffeine version that I'm gonna try out. If I could only take one of my supps I'd say I'd take the creatine. There seem to be a lot of research behind creatine and it's fairly straight up good for us. I think I'm gonna try out that ZMA. I did a little research and it's most benificial if you have a zinc-magnesium deficiency which if that's the case could be limiting your testosterone production. It also seem to have some good research behind it. I don't like fad supps, I like the tried and true ones like creatine and possibly ZMA.

Fast Twitch and NO-Shotgun really aren't that similar. NO-Shotgun is like Michael Jordan while Fast Twitch is like Lebron James. 6 rings to 0. No comparison. Game over. Checkmate. This was a beat down like Mike Tyson in his prime. With NO-Shotgun being Mike Tyson and Fast Twitch being the blood that is splattered in the crowd.

What supps does everyone take? I NOW take: 1. NO-Shotgun (creatine, caffeine, other stimulants, protein, beta alanine, arginine) 2. 100% Whey Protein 3. Liquid Fish Oil 4. Optimum Nutrition Multivitamin Anything else I can get a hold of haha...What about you guys? I revised my list above...

I've been taking : amino energy pre-workout and randomly sometimes through the day. It's the one of the very few pre-workouts my stomach will tolerate. fish oil multivtiamin
I believe that's it for supps

That Amino Energy is really a nice natural pre workout. Not too many stimulants and a little more all natural type of product. You're not taking any protein currently?

No, not taking any supplemental protein currently. been drinking about 1/3gal of chocolate milk after every workout. 4 jumbo eggs for breakfast, meat every night for supper, and other milk/peanut butter/etc throughout the day.

bodyweight is 240ish give or take. goin skydiving in a couple weeks and weight limit is 230, so keeping it down for that, then probably just going to go balls to the wall and make as big of gains as possible, aka don't worry about weight. I used to drink a 1/2 gallon after every workout, but intestines and Angela didn't like that I've been trying to keep my diet as close to a whole food diet as possible which is why the lack of extra supplements.

I gotcha. I have moved more towards all natural as well. I usually only take 1 scoop of protein per day! Not bad.

IDK if it counts but I have been using a lot of Almond Butter lately. Love that stuff. Also, have added in some CLA & mega dosing on my liquid fish oil. That along with my regulars (HMB, NO-Shotgun, Power Shock, ISO-100 protein). Gets the job done!

How do you like that M5? Cellucor stuff tends to be a little weak on the caffeine for my liking, although I certainly prefer NO-Extreme over C4 for some reason
