If you have big enough dumbells- just keep increasing as much as you can- until you can get to algona. That is good they at least have decent sized dumbells then- same thing with the flies- just keep increasing the weight- but- I'd do lots and lots of DB presses!

probably at least 6 sets- 3 sets regular, 3 sets incline- next wkout 3 sets decline, etc... You should be extremely tired after just Dumbell presses- if not- go heavier!

He is right with the deadlift program... The only thing I'd be careful of is running it back to back, or even running the programs remotely close to each other. After doing 1 cycle I'd recommend taking at least that same amount of time off the cycle(12 weeks or so).
That was the first program I Was on and you are right- it does wonders IF you pick the right weights.

New to the board. Big fan of your videos Jared.
I workout at a commercial gym where they dont have bumper plates. I am very eager to train the classic lifts but find it difficult because I can not drop the weight. I am learning to bring it down to the shoulder and then the ground, but i feel it may be hindering my strength. Any tips/program options to train in a commercial setting?

First, thanks for joining the forums! Ugh. I broke my gym floor and am currently having the exact same issue. My biggest advice si to really focus on power snatch, power clean, front squat, back squat, and deadlifts (clean and snatch grip). I mean, it stinks no doubt but progress can still certainly be made!
