My Forearm are really sore so I broke two straps on my right hand during Hang Snatches. Haha thank god for light week monday

15x1 cj's? Have you gone mad? Nice determination and volume. Next time 110x10x1 would be better

haha Yeah Jared it would have been but i am really focusing on getting my bar path and drop on squat jerk down so i can progress higher.

You need to stay on your heels for a split second longer. You're not getting all of your leg/hip power out of it for that reason.

I see that thanks Jared I will focus on that in the coming workouts, actually i think that may be an issue in jerk as well

Did not train yesterday because of the Flu, I just Slept for 17 straight hours and woke up feeling refreshed.

Realized tonight that I have been getting angry to often, I need to get back to my happy place and be patient.
