All free weights...I am focusing on the bench because I'm thinking about doing a comp in Dec. Not sure yet I don't know if I'm willing to pay money to go max out on the bench? Might wait till march when there is one closer to Lax. I think the state record is like 450 for raw or drop to 220 then it is like 425 in this organization.

Lat pulls n rows back to back T-bar rows n high rows btb Upright rows n straight Arm pull downs btb All sets of 8 Finally feeling better

Close grip bench-135*12*2,225*5,275*5 10 in log-155*12,205*5 Overhead press-225*5,275*1
First time doin log or overhead in a long time felt good...

Yesterday worked lats and biceps Today worked shoulders and Tricep
Apparently to hit PRs you simply don't work on the movement for a few months ( overhead press)
