Depends what you're shooting for. It might not be a bad cycle to go through after the last one was more focused on body part each workout. Ole- I Swear man I'm trying to find some time haha.
I do that quite a bit... circuit type workouts(especially now that I am in wrestling) to keep the heart rate up and get used to being able to lift while very tired. I think it's definitely good to switch it up, the bad part is just that you usually can't train as frequently, and when you're a fanatic like I am- that sucks. But, if you are crunched for time and generally can only get in 2-3 days/week, then I'd favor that type of workout.

Did those two workouts again this week (tues and thurs)... I really like those two!.. I think I'll prolly finish out the semester with them, then get started in January with a schedule... but then the third day i'll probably just swim..... sooooo think you could shorten my workouts to 2 days a week? ha.. i feel like that's barely anything, but it will be regimented with swimming... and shit, i gotta be focused on school here!! I gotta finish up here sometime..... ha

yeah absolutely. I always say make it 1 day shorter than what you "think" you can do. That way you look forward to the workouts and put everything you have into them.
