you are an animal lately. My gosh. Nice work man... why the 152x3x3 before going up for a max? Just out of curiousity? Weren't you already very warm from all the snatches and front squats leading up? Just curious if you had planned going up to a max or if you did it just cause you felt good...

I just ran the course of my program and had a little extra time. Not so much extra energy but just some time to kill. I am actually tired as fuck. I can hardly open my hands.

Oh wait until next week. Nothing over my head over 200lbs I think. A very serious deloAd week. Today massage x 30minutes. There are good and bad things to having a guy massage you. More uncomfortable than anything else

cleans:60x3, 80x2, 100x2, 106x2, 112x1, 120x2miss x 5. What happened is I would clean the weight up to my shoulders and then fall forward. One of those times I went down to 1 knee even. Dumb.
muscle snatch: 64x2, 68x2, 71x2
PM push press: 60x2, 80x2, 100x2, 120x1, 130x miss snatch RDL: 100x3, 105x3, 110x3 snatch form work: 40x3, x3, x3, x3
Im gonna shoot for 250 DL x 2 for 5 sets Friday and then go for some good training this Sunday. Then rest for a week.

so you hit it 2x, then missed it 5x? that would be awesome if you hit that for DL man- good luck. ever think of combining the 2 workouts if there is no overly taxing mvmt?

No, I would hoist the weight up to my shoulders and drop it for 2 reps over a period of 5 sets. Each time I would touch the top of my shoulders but I would fall forward due to poor rotation of my elbows. I used to try to do 5-7 exercises in one day but by the time I got to my 4th exercise so much time and energy had passed that the last few lifts were meaningless. Breaking it up like this I can maintain a greater deal of intensity behind each lift. DONT YOU EVER FUCKING QUESTION MY ACTIONS AGAIN!
Just kidding. I wish there was a panda bear hugging a brown bear emotioncon on here. That would be us.

I like this picture we are painting 31 July 2009 Deadlift:70x3, 100x3, 130x3, 150x2, 180x2, 200x1, 220x1, 240x1, 250xmiss, 250xmiss. I can honestly say that the 250 miss wasnt for a lack of effort. I had it broke off the ground each time but just stuck at my knees. I have already been feeling overtrained so I am calling it quits for a week.

with the work you have put in I would not be a bit disappointed honestly... Give your back a rest, maybe just some light work. no lifting at all for a week or just light? Like I said- you have had great training so no need to be disappointed about it!
