what you think of muscle snatches? You think they are good "muscle developers" like Misha says? I know we have discussed them in great detail before.... what you think now that you have done them? any point to them, o rjust doing them because your paper tells you to? I have muscle snatched 130kg, just needed to get my arms turned over and I knew I could press it out haha. More like a muscle clean and press looking pry tho.

so far all Ive seen is that MS's are a good warm up tool. The movement really helps my body get ready for the solid linear path of the snatch.

yeah I guess I haven't done it with enough consistency to make a judgment about it. You are right about it getting ya ready for the snatch though

6/July 09 Peak of cycle 2 this week AM: 5 hours of interrupted sleep and 300mg of Caffeine Power snatch: 40x3, 50x3, 60x3, 67x3, 72x3, 77x2, 77x2, 77x3 Kept missing the 3rd rep on the work sets. It was more of a focus thing, the first to lifts were pretty easy.
Front squat: 70x3, 120x3, 136x3, 144x3, 153x3, 153x3, 153x5

Strength is starting to move up. This is supposed to be one of my heavier weeks but everything felt fairly easy PM block clean: 84x3, 90x3, 95x3, 95x3 RDL: 100x5, 130x5, 150x5, 160x5 push press: 70x5, 95x5, 102x5
