Oh geez... no the badmintoners were out and I had to respect their space so not so much prowling. It WAS exactly 337 slams though. Of course. I was kind of hoping to be asked to badminton, but after I massacred the borrowed racquet last time I think they have crosses to keep me away.
Benched up to 120 Wednesday and did 5/3/1 squats yesterday. I am so glad to be back in the gym!!! Can you spell ADD??!! I think I might get a membership to another gym in addition to USA just to feed THAT wolf. Haha. That gives three options w/ the at home setup. Nielsen has discovered that his cousin just started "Starting Strength" so they may be training together. Cool stuff.

hahaha exactly 337! Sweet LOL, and, Yes, the wolf must ALWAYS be fed. That is awesome. Seeing a girl love lifting so much is just awesome. How the heck has Nielsen been? That is awesome- he'll have someone to go through a program with him. That is great for beginners- to have someone else to share the pain with.
