Monday 5/3:
P. Clean & Jerk (box): up to 120 kg 3x1, 110 kg 3x2x2 (x2 p. clean, x2 jerk) Snatch/Hang: up to 90 kg 8x2 (sets 9 and 10 miss), drop 80 kg x3, 85x2, 90x2
snatch felt on today and just went with it to work on muscle memory with proper technique. I was stoked on my snatch today, felt good to have an ON day...haha

Light Day b4 HEAVY FRIDAY!!
Muscle Snatch (no straps) - up to 68 3x3 P. Clean + Mil. Press - up to 75 3x3 Jerk Recovery (Split) - up to 140 3x3 Rowing (Snatch Grip) - 80 3x5
Had a solid week all the way around! Everything's feeling good. I have a good feeling that I'm PRing tomor in snatch, C&J, so yes total too!! WHAMMY!

Yea i compete at 77 kg, and i agree J-Rod this site is legit!
Fri 5/7:
Snatch: up to 95x1, 100 (4 misses), drop down to 80x1 back up to 100x1, 102 (2 misses) (should have had the first attempt at 102) C&J: up to 130x1, 135X0, drop down sets 120 5X1 Snatch Pulls: up to 110 5x3 Few Extras
Not the day i was hoping for but hit 100 in snatch, first time since early March. 102 felt light, bottom position wasnt there, I have a feeling that I'll be hitting 105+ very soon! My technique is starting to come around and becoming consistent.

Muscle Snatch: up to 70 5x2 Clean (box): up to 120 3x2 Front Squat: up t0 140 3x3 (started off doing gripless front squats, but on my 2nd warmup set with 80 kg on the bar, i fainted....haha, the bar cut my air off) Few Extras
